Chargeback and/or PayPal
Complaint Policy
If you initiate a
chargeback and/or PayPal complaint, you agree to be liable
for the following charges via a worldwide collection agency:
original value of the subscription and/or product purchased
(even if PayPal sees in our favor and the money is refunded
to us); any and all legal fees; a $150.00 USD administrative
fee (non-refundable); a $100.00 USD chargeback and/or PayPal
complaint fee (non-refundable); and a $100.00 USD recovery
fee (non-refundable). NO EXCEPTIONS, all FEES ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE without exception and regardless of the
outcome of the chargeback and/or PayPal complaint case.
By submitting your credit card
information, you indicate your acceptance to pay the costs
listed above, plus the cost of the subscription and/or
products. In the event of a chargeback being raised,
Strategy Depot, LLC may, at our sole discretion, provide all
relevant information to a third party for the purposes of
recovering the debt, or for the pursuit of civil or criminal
proceedings and/or prosecution. Information provided will
include personally identifiable information, including, but
not limited to, Name, Address, IP Address, Credit Card
information, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and any
additional information found from, or provided by, other
sources. Note that a collection agency action may negatively
impact your credit. |
